Hiring: Brief-Led Content Writer (Execution-Focused)
I’m hiring a content writer who can execute cleanly from a detailed brief.

This is not a creative role. It’s an execution role.
You’ll be given a defined keyword + search intent, a clear page goal (inform, support decision-making, or convert), required structure (H1–H3), and tone + formatting expectations. Your job is to follow the brief as written and deliver a publish-ready draft.

What I’m looking for:
– strong ability to follow written instructions precisely
– comfort working within constraints
– clear, human writing without fluff
– self-QA before submission
– no invented claims, stats, or positioning
– no “creative interpretation” of structure or intent

What you will not be doing:
– reframing the page purpose
– adding sections that weren’t requested
– softening sales pages or philosophizing on service content
– padding for word count or “flow”
– requiring heavy editorial cleanup

This role is a fit if you treat briefs like specs, not suggestions; prefer clarity over creative freedom; and enjoy clean execution with first-pass approval.
International writers are welcome. Expectations are the same.

Screening question (required):
When a content brief specifies search intent, page structure, and tone, how do you ensure your draft stays compliant with all three?
