I'm hiring not 1, not 2, but 3 roles to join the Lovable brand team this year. For each, we are looking for a very specific person so please read carefully and apply through the links if you're interested.

Brand and Integrated Marketing Lead, Europe (location: Stockholm): looking for a seasoned brand marketer with a distinctly European perspective to partner and continue to evolve the brand and shape campaigns that don't just buy impressions, but travel organically. You must be based in Stockholm, but relocation is offered.

The other two openings on this team, Brand Editorial Lead and Social Media Lead, are posted separately on this board.

TL;DR

We're looking for a seasoned brand marketer with a distinctly European perspective to partner with our head of brand marketing to continue to evolve the brand and shape campaigns that don't just buy impressions, but travel organically.

This is a planner's role with a marketer's accountability. You'll split your time between two crafts: the thinking (cultural research, strategy, creative briefs) and the doing (orchestrating integrated campaigns and directing awareness media through our agencies). You must be based in Stockholm (or ready to be) and have experience launching campaigns in Europe, although the scope of the role will be global.

Why Lovable?

Lovable is the software creation platform that gives people the power to act on the problems closest to them. For decades, turning an idea into software required so much capital, technical fluency, and time that many ideas never came to life. Lovable is the counterargument: a platform for all people with ideas, ambition, and problems worth solving. From solopreneurs to small business owners to teams at companies like Adidas and Zendesk, people have built over 60 million projects on Lovable since its launch in November 2024.

We're building a generational company from Stockholm, with growing teams in London, Boston, New York, and San Francisco. Our team is small, talent-dense, and moving quickly, with a culture rooted in extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration.

Lovable is one of TIME's 100 Most Influential Companies and has been recognized on the Forbes AI 50 and CNBC Disruptor 50.

What We're Looking For

  • 12+ years of experience designing and launching campaigns that get talked about.
  • You're based in Stockholm, or ready to be.
  • You've built or shaped a brand inside an early stage or high-growth tech company where the category is still being defined and the roadmap moves fast.
  • You've led European brand campaigns end to end — strategy, brief, production, launch — across more than one market.
  • Working relationships with European creative talent and with media agencies you can call on day one.
  • You've written briefs that shipped great work, and you can show them.
  • You know how awareness media gets bought — enough to direct agencies, challenge plans, and own the results.

What You'll Do

  • Support head of brand marketing with ongoing evolution, refinement, and enablement of brand strategy.
  • Work with brand design to build and steward brand systems that keep Lovable consistent and distinct as we scale.
  • Be the HQ champion for the brand, helping to educate teams across the company on how to best represent and embody the brand in all decisions.
  • Measure brand health and creative effectiveness and use those insights to continuously sharpen strategy and creative.
  • Conduct culture research, study human behavior, and uncover deep emotional insights to drive creative and campaign strategy.
  • Write beautifully structured briefs that define for creative teams the exact story the brand needs to tell in a particular campaign.
  • Set direction for where and how the campaign should show up (e.g., experiential pop-ups, TV spots, social, etc) with an emphasis on doing the unexpected whenever possible.
  • Orchestrate integrated campaigns, ensuring marketing channel owners understand the story, timeline, and goals are met or exceeded.
  • Direct global agency partners on awareness media buying.
