Bid Writer

We’re currently looking to add an experienced Bid Writer to the team at Stephen Alexander

This role will support our clients across social housing maintenance, construction, commercial refurbishment, FM, healthcare and several other sectors.

Based from our Redditch office with hybrid working, we’re looking for someone who can produce high-quality, compelling submissions and support the bid process confidently from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes:

✔ Producing winning bid submissions across multiple sectors
✔ Writing persuasive tender responses aligned to our clients strategies
✔ Managing tender portals, submissions, and project coordination
✔ Developing case studies and bid content libraries

This is an exciting opportunity for an established bid professional who wants to work with a growing business supporting a wide range of established clients.
