We’re looking for a writer/editor to work with us.

MAGNATE has been growing really quickly and we’ve got great projects in the pipeline.

The ideal person has written content on LinkedIn, longer form newsletters and edited blogs.

Maybe they’ve spent time as a business journalist at a trade publication.

But I’m open to the right person with solid skills who wants to learn.

Requirements:
— B2B writing experience
— Organized and detail oriented
— Can run an editorial calendar
— Attention to detail
— Can follow clear systems
— Experience with Notion is a plus

I don’t care about AI fluency. We have that handled.

I’m looking for a real human touch.


1099 position.
Part time to start.
Room to grow with us.
Rate negotiable.

We focus on delivering effective, high value content to help our clients stand out and get leads in their respective fields.

Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Freelance Writer. The Freelance Writer will be responsible for creating high-quality content for LinkedIn and client company blogs, conducting research, developing content strategies, and ensuring consistency in tone and voice. The Freelance Writer will work closely with our CEO to understand the client needs and goals, and provide regular updates and revisions as needed to achieve the desired results.

Qualifications

B2B

  • Content Writing, Creative Writing, and Web Content Writing skills
  • Experience writing LinkedIn content, newsletter and B2B blogs a huge plus
  • Experience in developing content strategies and conducting research
  • Editing and Proofreading skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and digital marketing best practices

Nice to haves

  • Some kind of business or trade journalism experimece preferred.
  • Familiarity with Notion
  • Ghostwriting experinece, particularly on Linkedin

  • No formal education necessary

. What matters is being able to write and edit well.

1099.

Part time to start.

Remote role.

No set hours.

Hourly rate negotiable but we’ll be competitive.
