Summary

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Copywriter to support multiple SaaS businesses within the Cordance portfolio. This role is ideal for a mid to advanced level writer who is comfortable translating complex products and technical concepts into clear, compelling, and conversion-focused content. The ideal candidate understands how to write for B2B audiences and can balance clarity, persuasion, and accuracy across a variety of marketing and product-focused materials. This is a part-time position of approximately 20-25 hours per week with the opportunity to transition into a full-time permanent role after 3 months based on performance and mutual fit. You will work closely with marketing and leadership teams to maintain brand consistency while adapting messaging across multiple businesses and audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write, edit, and optimize copy across multiple channels including websites, landing pages, product pages, blogs, email campaigns, and sales collateral.
  • Develop clear, engaging content that communicates complex products, platforms, or services in an accessible way.
  • Adapt tone and messaging to support multiple brands while maintaining each brand’s voice and positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand product capabilities, value propositions, and customer needs.
  • Refresh and improve existing content to strengthen clarity, SEO performance, and conversion rates.
  • Support marketing initiatives including product launches, feature releases, campaigns, and brand updates.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and marketing best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Mid to advanced level copywriting experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven environments.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex topics and communicate them clearly to business audiences.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience balancing multiple brands or projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience writing for SaaS platforms, technical products, or complex service offerings.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and conversion-focused copywriting best practices.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow.
  • Ability to translate product documentation, feature sets, and technical information into customer-friendly messaging.
