Two job offers sent this week. One more hire to go - a content writer - and SaaStorm is fully staffed for Q3.

I took a step back this month to evaluate where we are. New clients onboarding, a couple of job offers, new hires, new systems. Everything is getting tighter and SaaStorm is in a very promising stage.

But there's one gap left: I need one more B2B SaaS Content Writer.

Someone who can ship consistently without quality slipping, who writes content that ranks, gets cited by LLMs, and actually drives demos. Someone who follows briefs properly and doesn't need me chasing deadlines.

Here's what you'll be doing:

→ Contributing to our style guides, templates, and writing systems
→ Owning end-to-end SEO content for 2-3 B2B SaaS clients
→ Partnering with our organic growth strategists on strategy
→ Building Loom + customer quotes databases per client
→ Shipping 10-15 SEO + LLM-ready articles per month
→ Refreshing and improving existing content

Non-negotiables:

→ 3+ years writing for B2B SaaS
→ Full-time, remote, EU/UK based
→ Writing samples / portfolio ready to share
→ You care about quality and clean processes
→ You can work independently, no hand-holding
→ You use AI as a tool but you don't produce AI-fluff

Quick background: In 2025, we grew from €120k ARR to €800k ARR purely via inbound. No cold outreach. No forced sales. Just strong positioning + ruthless execution.

Now we’re tightening operations - SOPs, delivery quality, and repeatable systems - and we’re looking for two writers who can produce genuinely great, human-written B2B SaaS content in an AI-saturated world. 

Content that:

1. ranks (and stays ranked)

3. drives demos

4. and directly supports revenue.

Here are a few examples of the kind of content our writers produce today (so you know the bar):

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with an Organic Growth Strategist to grow clients through high-quality, human-written content
  • Own end-to-end SEO content production for 2–3 B2B SaaS clients
  • Write and ship 12–15 SEO + LLM-ready articles per month (quality first, always)
  • Build and maintain a Loom + customer quotes database for each client (so content has proof, not fluff)
  • Continuously improve existing content - iterate, update, raise the bar
  • Contribute to and refine style guides, templates, and repeatable writing systems

Ideal person for this role:

  • 3+ years writing content for B2B SaaS companies/products
  • Strong with Slack + ClickUp - and you genuinely like clean processes
  • Can manage multiple clients without quality slipping
  • Can make “boring SEO topics” genuinely useful and readable
  • Naturally spots gaps in systems and fixes them (without being asked)
  • Can follow a brief to the letter - no missed sections, no skipped details
