I'm looking to hire a B2B growth marketer. Execution role, not team management.

Role: figure out new/better ways to grow the business.

Compensation -  90k-115k + performance bonuses.

Key qualities:

• Killer proactive.
• Experimentation mindset, a history of running systematic experiments, growth sprints.
• Knows B2B cold.
• Strong in performance marketing.
• You have growth frameworks to build the awareness layer, nurture towards consideration, and convert.
