What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate execution across teams, ensuring clarity in priorities, timing, and promotion strategy
  • Lead post-campaign analysis and translate results into actionable insights and repeatable playbooks

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in audience strategy, newsroom planning, SEO, growth, or digital media
  • Strong understanding of how content performs across platforms, including search, social, newsletters, and on-site experience
  • Experience using AI and automation tools to inform audience strategy, optimize distribution, and identify growth opportunities across platforms
  • Experience using analytics tools to inform decisions and optimize performance
  • Demonstrated ability to make fast, data-informed decisions in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent news judgment and understanding of timing, relevance, and audience intent
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams
  • Familiarity with commerce, affiliate, or revenue-driven content strategies is a plus
