Attention Engineer

We're building something big at Trelium (YC F25), and we need people who don't wait to be told what to do.

Three roles we're hiring for right now:
1. Backend SWE - You geek out on systems. You have opinions about CI/CD pipelines and you'll fight for them. You care about building things the right way, but also are a shipping machine.
2. GTM Engineer - You've done weird things to drive growth — and some of them actually worked. You don't ask for permission to run an experiment, and a failed idea doesn't slow you down.
3. Attention Engineer - You know what makes someone click and what makes them bounce. You can build a landing page that converts and write ad copy that doesn't feel like ad copy.
