We're hiring for an Assistant Content Associate at Devalok. (Full-time)

We're looking for a writer with genuine craft and intent. With work that makes the reader smarter, more certain, more ready to act, and thinking that goes beyond the brief, with a real human perspective in everything that gets written. Familiarity with how content is found today, GEO, AEO, answer-led formats, is a strong plus.

We're looking for an Assistant Content Associate who writes with genuine craft and intent, and understands how to make the reader smarter, more certain, more ready to act. This role begins with content writing and gradually expands into content strategy and brand communication as you grow with the studio.

What You Will Work On

  • Write articles, blogs, essays, website copy, and growth and marketing content
  • Bring original thinking and a real perspective to every piece, not just well-structured words
  • Craft brand narrative and tone across formats and touchpoints
  • Research deeply and let it show in the work
  • Contribute to content planning, topic clusters, and scalable content systems over time
  • Use AI tools like Claude and Frase as part of your research and drafting workflow
  • Work alongside designers, strategists, and the core team, thinking and building beyond what's assigned

What We're Looking For

  • A strong, thoughtful writer with genuine craft and a clear point of view
  • Sensitivity to tone, voice, and brand nuance
  • Research as a real strength, not an afterthought
  • Curiosity to think beyond the brief and the discipline to follow through
  • Working knowledge of SEO, GEO, and AEO is a strong plus

Details

Monthly Compensation: ₹60,000 to ₹90,000/ month

Location: Remote currently (will turn Hybrid in Q4 2026, Lucknow)
