The Role
We’re looking for a creative, tech-savvy AI Content Expert to own our content engine end-to-end — from strategy and production to distribution.
You’ll turn our automation and AI capabilities into clear, engaging stories that attract, educate, and convert.

What You’ll Do
- Content Strategy: Build a 90-day editorial roadmap that aligns with product launches, customer pain points, and SEO opportunities.
- Human + AI Production: Write and refine long-form blogs, landing pages, case studies, and short-form scripts — using AI for ideation, outlines, and drafts.
- Distribution: Manage a steady publishing cadence across the website, newsletter, LinkedIn/X, communities, and partner channels.
- Enablement Assets: Create sales sheets, feature launch packs, and in-product copy that help teams sell and support better.
- Thought Leadership: Ghostwrite posts, threads, and scripts for founders — shaping DeepOps’ voice on automation and AI.
- SEO & Analytics: Manage briefs, optimize on-page SEO, and track engagement → demos to measure impact.
- Content Ops: Maintain templates, a style guide, and a clean content library that scales.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
* 2 long-form pieces/month, 1 case study, 1 product launch pack.
* 6–8 short-form posts/week across channels.
* +25% newsletter growth and +20% organic impressions.
* Visible content-to-demo conversion metrics in dashboard.
What You’ll Bring
✅ 3+ years of B2B content or product marketing experience (bonus: SaaS or automation).
✅ Proven wins across long-form content and social distribution.
✅ Hands-on experience using AI/LLMs in your writing process.
✅ Excellent editorial instincts — structure, clarity, and voice.
✅ Confident with SEO, analytics tools (GSC, GA), and platform metrics.
✅ Skilled at interviewing subject matter experts and turning insights into stories.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., CRMs, webhooks, workflows).
- Light design or video editing skills for visuals, diagrams, or reels.
- Experience building or scaling a content system from 0 → 1.
