AI Content and Design Creator

Your role

The marketing team is growing, and what's missing now is the person who takes content and design to a new production level with AI tools: faster, more scalable, and with a quality standard that comes from real tool experience, not just theory. You'll work closely with the Senior Art Director, translating campaign and content concepts into imagery, motion, and automated content pipelines.

Your responsibilities

• Conceive and produce graphics, social media content, ad creatives, and product visuals using AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Photoshop Generative Fill)
• Work closely with the Senior Art Director and Content Marketing Manager, turning campaign and content concepts into visual and video language
• Build and maintain AI-supported content workflows and automations (template systems, batch production, content pipelines)
• Produce video and motion content with AI tools (Runway, Sora, CapCut AI, or similar) for social media and ads
• Evaluate and introduce new AI tools for design, content, and automation
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all AI-generated assets

Your profile

• Training or degree in graphic design, media design, communication design, or comparable — career changers with a strong portfolio are welcome
• Hands-on, practical experience with AI tools for image and video generation (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Runway, or similar)
• Confident use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
• Understanding of prompting and workflow automation (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make) is a plus
• A feel for brand and visual language, with high quality standards for your own work
• A proactive, experimentation-driven working style — you test new tools before others have even heard of them
