I'm looking for a very specific person to join my Marketing team at Hoxton Wealth.
This isn't a traditional Marketing Operations role.
I'm looking for someone who sits at the intersection of marketing, data, automation and AI.
Someone who enjoys building better ways of working.
Someone who sees a repetitive task and thinks, "I can automate that."
Someone who hears the team complaining about a process and quietly builds a solution before anyone asks.
You'll own the marketing technology that powers our growth:
• Marketing Operations & CRM
• Customer data and lead management
• Marketing automation
• Attribution and reporting
• AI workflows and practical AI adoption
• Building tools that help marketers work smarter
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, experimenting with new technology and making a measurable commercial impact.
I'm far more interested in what you've built than the number of years on your CV.
If you've created AI-powered workflows, automated marketing processes, integrated systems or developed tools that have made marketing teams more effective, I'd love to hear from you.
