SEO Analyst Job Description
uSERP, a best-in-class SEO agency, is seeking an SEO Analyst to help grow our organic presence for all our 50+ clients. This individual will execute SEO research, identify optimization opportunities, implement best practices, and analyze organic growth.

About the Team:
The SEO Analyst reports to the SEO Director and supports the SEO team by developing and executing various SEO strategies that align with the clients’ goals.

What You'll Do:
- Monitor, report, and take action on SEO performance backed by data to make informed decisions.
- Identify and implement optimization opportunities through various deliverables, such as:
- Keyword research
- Content planning
- On-page audits (optimizing meta tags, titles, descriptions, and content for specific keywords, ensuring correct URL structure and information hierarchy on the website)
- Technical SEO audits (identifying and recommending solutions to technical issues that may impact the site’s performance on search engines)
- Internal link recommendations
- Link building recommendations
- Monitoring and reporting (KPI reports, recording performance videos, and utilizing tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, and Screaming Frog)
- Support managers with corporate tasks, such as webinars and uSERP website management.
What You'll Need:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in SEO.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of white-hat search engine optimization techniques.
- High attention to detail, demonstrated through your ability to think on your feet, multitask, manage end-to-end processes, and adhere to deadlines.
- A passion for web marketing, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital content.
- Self-motivated with the ability to quickly acquire new skills and learn new tasks.
- Working knowledge of SEO and analytics reporting tools such as Google Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.
