Role Overview
As a Product Manager at Obiex, you will own the product roadmap for our cross-border payments and crypto offerings, drive revenue growth, and enhance user retention. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver a world-class product that meets the needs of both individuals and businesses. Responsibilities
• Own the Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize features for our cross-border payments product, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Drive Growth and Retention: Optimize user acquisition, onboarding, and retention through data-driven experiments and user feedback.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, marketing, compliance, and design teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Launch New Features: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Leverage Data: Analyze user behavior, conduct A/B testing, and gather insights to continuously improve the product.
• Ensure Compliance: Work with our compliance team to ensure products meet regulatory requirements.
• Engage Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and provide updates on product progress. - Redesign the onboarding process, boosting completion rates and user experience.
What You Bring
• 4-5 years Experience in Fintech or Payments: Proven track record of working on fintech products, especially cross-border payments or banking apps.
• Growth Mindset: Demonstrated ability to drive user growth and retention through product innovation.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to make data-informed decisions; experience with analytics tools is a plus.
• Execution Focus: A bias for action with a history of launching products quickly and iterating based on user feedback.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with APIs and backend systems; ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Collaboration Skills: Experience working cross-functionally with design, marketing, and compliance teams. • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align short-term actions with long-term goals.
