As the podcast has grown, I increasingly feel like I'm leaving upside on the table with OK episode titles and thumbnails. I'd like to see what kind of impact we can make from investing more time and expertise in these two elements. While avoiding making things cheesy and (too) clickbait'y.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Come up with engaging podcast titles and YouTube thumbnail copy.
2. Suggest improvements to episodes descriptions, takeaways, and tweets.
I expect this will take 5-15 hours per week. You'll work alongside my existing production team.
The role is paid, fully remote, and the hours are super flexible (e.g. you can be on any timezone).
Deadline to apply: January 9th
