Who We Are

AmpiFire provides done-for-you organic results - in a unique way.

We use technology to turn content from one medium into several. E.g., we can repurpose a news article into video, blog, infographic, slideshow, and audio formats.

We then distribute this content to numerous content platforms like Google, YouTube, Pinterest, news sites, podcast directories, etc.

For many small and medium businesses, this means they can access impactful, affordable content marketing for the first time ever.

For our mid-market clients, this can supplement or entirely replace the typical content marketing approaches which are much more labor-intensive.

As AmpiFire continues to grow, we want you to join us as an Operations Associate.

5 Reasons to Join AmpiFire

Help the β€œUnderdog”

Small businesses are the heart of our society. They're more enjoyable to work for, tend to be more ethical, and make up half of the economy.

Normally, big businesses dominate the marketplace. Their advantage in exposure and reach is just unfair…

That's why we decided to throw our hat in the ring, disrupt the status quo, and help the underdog.

Long-Term Over Short-Term

We've been bootstrapped since day 1, and we're not seeking outside funding.

For us, profit and happy clients will always beat flash-in-the-pan metrics investors often care about.

Our company is built on what we truly believe is the right thing to do in the long term. If that's how you think too, you'll feel at home here.

Work Remotely and Set Your Own Schedule

We've been firm believers in remote-first teams since our start. Why sit in traffic or a noisy office when you can work just as effectively from anywhere in the world?

Apart from a weekly meeting with the rest of the writing team, how you set up your day is up to you.

We're Just the Right Size

When the growth of a company slows down, things can get dull. You soon realize you've turned from a difference-maker into a paper-pusher.

At just 75 employees, this won't be the case at our company. We all take ownership of our work and things never get stale.

At the same time, we're not so small that we don't have enough momentum. You'll always have plenty of resources at your disposal.

Strong Company Culture
