Who You Are

As a Designer at Code3, you’ll work across a range of clients to shape and execute the visual identity across various digital platforms. You are an expert visual thinker, storyteller, and maker. You can bring your own ideas to life, as well as collaborate with others to determine the best visual execution of a concept. We're looking for someone who understands the nuance of web and commerce channels (e.g. Amazon) and seamlessly incorporates trends while maintaining design excellence.

What you’ll do:

• Create and produce high-quality, high volume, on-brand design solutions across a range of clients 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute visually stunning and effective digital designs for websites, retailers, social media and other digital channels
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines for clients
• Work closely with clients to understand their brand, goals, and design preferences
• Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Present and articulate design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary
• Design for performance: you’ll leverage data and reports to optimize creative performance 
• Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively apply them to enhance our design capabilities

You should have:

• 4+ years of design experience
• Strong portfolio with samples from corporate ID/style guide work
• Strong skill in the fundamentals of form, color, texture and type across digital and print mediums
• Ability to interpret and apply centralized style guides and patterns to existing and new assets with little to no intervention.
• Bonus: photo/video and video editing, UX/UI experience or animation

Salary Information: The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $87,000 and is commensurate with candidate experience and location.
