The Tally community is at the heart of our product and our product-led growth. As a Community & Social Media Lead, you'll build our community, foster community-led activities and content, and represent Tally's voice across multiple social media channels.
Join our bootstrapped team of 5 based in Ghent, Belgium. We’re open to remote applications, but are currently not providing visa sponsorship or relocation support.
- Build and grow our community by identifying and nurturing relationships with super users- Facilitate the creation of community-led content and other initiatives- Identify content partnership opportunities- Design, develop, and implement social media campaigns- Monitor online conversations- Measure and report on community and social media growth
- You are a Tally power user and an advocate for the tool, with a passion for our product and its potential.- You’re a natural community builder and you have a proven track record.- You're familiar with the no-code and productivity space.- 5+ years of experience in Community Management and/or Social Media Management.- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.- You're skilled in designing marketing content using tools like Figma, Canva, or similar platforms and you can work with video editing tools.- You're a builder with a growth mindset, comfortable with independence, iteration, and creativity—someone who gets things done, even with limited resources.- You are excited to take on the challenge of being our first marketing hire, ready to build and execute strategies from scratch. You thrive in a blank-slate environment where you can shape the direction of our marketing efforts and make a significant impact from day one.
