We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Note Writer to support mental health professionals by creating and reviewing clinical notes with the assistance of ChatGPT. The role involves accurately entering finalized notes into 3–5 different platforms while maintaining confidentiality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and refine mental health clinical notes using ChatGPT.
• Accurately enter finalized notes into multiple platforms (3–5 systems).
• Maintain consistent formatting, clarity, and accuracy in documentation.
• Organize and track notes using Airtable and other task management tools.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.

Work Schedule:

• Part-time, flexible hours based on workload and deadlines.
• Remote position.

Requirements
