Position: Social Media Management Intern
Location: Remote (Full-Time)

Role Overview
Get a front-row seat in AI-driven marketing at thrivemattic
We’re looking for a Social Media Intern to join our team. You’ll work closely with senior leadership—including Co-founder Sandeep Kelvadi and Head of Marketing Communication Noella Cresence—gaining exposure to the inner workings of AI-driven marketing, strategic brand development, and client engagement.
This is a 3-month paid internship, after which high-performing candidates may be offered a full-time permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
- Plan, create, and schedule social media content for one dedicated client across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Incorporate storytelling, and align posts with the client’s objectives.
Platform Engagement
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement metrics.
- Respond to audience queries in a timely, professional manner.
Research & Trend Analysis
- Stay updated on evolving social media trends and competitor strategies.
- Leverage insights to refine content approaches and maximize reach.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track performance metrics (follower growth, engagement rates).
- Prepare bi-weekly updates for internal review and deliver comprehensive monthly reports.
Ownership & Initiative
- Proactively identify challenges and propose solutions.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to support overall performance goals.
In short - you own the social media presence for one client for three months. It’s a great case study for your skills and at the same time you get to work alongside some very talented individuals. Also, did we mention this is a FULLY REMOTE role?

- Chronically Online: You keep a pulse on social media trends and platform best practices.
- Good Communication Skills: Clear writing, strong verbal articulation, and the ability to adapt tone to various audiences.
- Eye for Design: You appreciate aesthetically pleasing, on-brand creative assets.
- Organized & Efficient: Strong time management, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks without losing track.
- “Figure It Out” Attitude: Proactive self-starter who isn’t afraid to dive in, learn on the go, and solve problems.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Follower Growth & Engagement: Measured monthly across the client’s social channels.
- Content Quality & Consistency: Timely, brand-appropriate posts and stories.
- Reporting Accuracy: Thorough monthly performance reports and bi-weekly internal updates.
